My Name is Connor O'Prey and I am the founder and sole Director at O'Prey Building Surveying Limited located in Portaferry Co. Down.

I have been carrying out Building Surveying and Consultancy Services for various companies both in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and development monitoring services in the United Kingdom. for approx. 14 years

In May 2025, I made the decision to start up my own Building Surveying and consultancy practice which I continue offer services Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and in the United Kingdom
